WITHDRAWING FUNDS First, some quick answers: Remember that we are different from other brokers. ALL other brokers actually hold your money themselves. We don't. Your funds are fully held at the Liquidity Provider, so it will take us a little longer to return your funds to you. The process of returning your funds to you is complex and expensive to us, so there is a $50 withdrawal fee to cover our wire fees. U.S. and International Banking Laws only permit us to return your funds to the originating account, and the account name must match the name your account was opened in.
Step 1: Fill Out A Withdrawal Form Use the link below to fill out a Withdrawal Form. It is very important that you fill out the banking information correctly. Any errors will cause delays, and you may incur additional fees. After you fill out the form, you will receive a confirmation email. Use the link in that email to confirm your Withdrawal Form, this will serve as your confirmation that we received your Withdrawal Form. After confirmation, you will automatically be sent a copy of your Withdrawal Form via email. WARNING: If you are closing your account, before making a withdrawal request, it is your responsibility to be sure your account is flat, and you generate a final report for your own accounting and to determine your final balance. After your account is closed, there is a $85 fee to retrieve your account data from database backups. Click Here To Fill Out A DOMESTIC Withdrawal Form
Step 2: The Status Of Your Withdrawal Please allow 5 business days for your funds to be returned to your account. The amount you receive will be net of the Withdrawal Fees. If it has been more than 5 business days since you sent your withdrawal request, please use the form below so that we may track your transfer. |
