FUNDING MY ACCOUNT First, some quick answers: There is no minimum deposit, but you must have enough to trade and cover your margin. Also your member fees will be taken directly from your account so be sure there is enough. If you are a new member, please make sure your initial deposit includes funds to pay your first month's membership. If you join part way through the month, this will be prorated. We don't charge a fee for incoming wires, but your bank will charge you fees for sending the wire. Take this into account when calculating your deposit. Internal bank-to-bank transfers are handled the same. Fill out the Deposit Form the same way. We can't accept deposits via Credit Cards, Pay Pal, checks or anything else other than wire transfers. You will be trading at an institutional level, and those methods are not permitted. We only accept funds in USD and the funds must be wired from a bank account in the same name as your account at The CollectiveFX. Step 1: Fill Out A Deposit Form Use the link below to fill out a deposit form. It is very important that you fill out the banking information correctly. This will be the account that money is sent from, and returned back to you. So any errors here will cause delays, and you may incur additional fees. After you fill out the form, you will receive a confirmation email. Use the link in that email to confirm your Deposit Form, this will serve as your confirmation that we received your Deposit Form. Step 2: Wire Your Funds Wire your funds using the instructions on the Deposit Form. It is critical that you wire funds from the account number you indicated on the Deposit Form. We are only allowed to receive funds from that account. If you use a different account, your funds will be automatically returned to you, and you may incur additional fees. Once your wire is sent, please allow 5 business days, although it often takes less than 5 business days.
Step 3: The Status Of Your Deposit You will be sent an email called the "Ready To Go" email to your official account email address once your funds are confirmed at the liquidity provider. TheCollectiveFX does not take out any incoming wire fees, but your bank does. Please take this into account when sending your wire, as your net deposit will be different based on those fees. If it has been more than 5 business days since you sent your deposit, please use the form below so that we may track your wire. |
