      BAD ORDER TRACKING

      If you had a bad order fill, or strange slippage, we can submit a request to track your order back at the liquidity provider.

      But before we go further, it's important to note that Liquidity Providers almost never issue refunds for bad or missed orders. So please don't ask. Plus, we can't reimburse you either. This is risky business we are all engaged in.

      That being said, we do like to track down strange happenings, because chances are, it also affected our personal trades (since we are all traders here.)

      So please use the following form to submit your anomaly so we can analyze it.

      NOTE: Before submitting this form, be sure your problem is not related to our server maintenance time. Our official server maintenance time is GMT+1 (which will show as 1AM on your platform), and also at 5:42AM server time for optimization. If you are experiencing a problem at these times, please wait a few moments then try again. Generally server maintenance only takes a few moments to complete, but occasionally it takes a little longer. Make sure your issue is more than 30 minutes away from these times.
