      Know Your Customer Form
      This form is a requirement for Banking Regulations and is required by our Liquidity Providers. You must complete this form and submit it to us with a Scanned PhotoID (Drivers License/Passport) before we can allow you to trade. So please print it out, fill it out, then email it or fax it back to us.

      These documents must be provided in English and your ID and proof of address must be in English.

      Business Entity Resolution Forms
      If you are a corporation, partnership or LLC then you will need additional resolutions to be submitted. Please download the appropriate form from below, complete it, then fax is back to us.
